Sculpt by Christine is a private home Pilates studio located in Holtsville, NY designed to provide a quiet, welcoming, and personalized experience. Unlike a traditional fitness studio, you’ll enjoy one-on-one instruction in an intimate setting where every session is tailored specifically to your body, goals, and experience level. It’s fully equipped with a professional reformer and all the tools needed for a high-quality workout.

Not at all! Sessions are personalized for all experience levels, from complete beginners to experienced Pilates clients.

Starting in September, you’ll be able to book an Introductory Private Session through the website. This session gives us the opportunity to meet, discuss your goals, and make sure we’re a great fit before moving forward. Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form to be added to the wait list, or contact me with any further questions!

The introductory session is required for all clients, no matter experience level. I want every client to have the best possible experience. The introductory session allows us to get to know one another, assess your movement, and determine if my teaching style and scheduling are the right fit before memberships become available.

Private sessions are approximately 50 minutes.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all sessions for safety and hygiene. Form fitting clothing is preferred to evaluate form and posture.

After introductory sessions have been completed, clients will be invited to purchase class packs and founding member memberships before they are offered more broadly.

Introductory sessions will be booked via this website. Once you’re a member, we’ll schedule your sessions directly together. Since I work a rotating schedule as a nurse, this approach gives us more flexibility than a standard online booking system.

Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee
